An International Web Development Agency, Based in Lahore

Zentro Digital is based in Sabzazar, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. That's our only location. From there, we serve clients remotely in North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Gulf and the rest of South Asia, on websites, apps, AI and marketing.

One team in Lahore, serving many regions

Working with an agency in another country raises fair questions. When can we talk? Which privacy rules apply to our site? Will the site handle our language and the way our customers pay? This section of the site answers those questions region by region, without pretending we have offices we don't.

What stays the same everywhere is how we work: one team, a written scope, a staging site you can check whenever suits you, and a clear point of contact. Lahore runs on Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5), and Pakistan doesn't change its clocks for summer.

Locations

Regions we work with

Each region page covers the rules, habits and time differences that matter for projects there.

South Asia

Our home region: Pakistan, plus India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and nearby countries, with mobile-first payments, Urdu and other local scripts, and fast-changing data laws. Read the South Asia page.

Gulf (GCC)

One to two hours behind Lahore, with Arabic and right-to-left layouts, local payment methods and new national data laws. Read the Gulf page.

Europe

Three to five hours behind Lahore, with GDPR, rules on transferring data outside the EU, the European Accessibility Act and multilingual sites. Read the Europe page.

United Kingdom

Four or five hours behind Lahore, with UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Read the United Kingdom page.

USA & Canada

Nine to thirteen hours behind Lahore, with US state privacy laws, PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25. Read the USA & Canada page.

Why the region changes the build

A website is not just a design. Where your customers live affects several technical decisions we make early:

  • Privacy and consent. Rules on cookies, consent and data transfers differ between the EU, the UK, US states, the Gulf and South Asia, so cookie banners, forms and analytics are set up per market.
  • Data leaving your country. Some laws, including GDPR and UK GDPR, restrict sending personal data abroad. Because we work from Pakistan, this needs to be agreed before the project starts.
  • Language and direction. Arabic and Urdu read right to left. A site that supports them needs a layout built for both directions, not a mirrored afterthought.
  • Payments. Card payments dominate in some markets; in others, customers expect mobile wallets, local schemes or cash on delivery.
  • Accessibility. The EU's European Accessibility Act, UK equality law and US accessibility complaints all point to the same standard: WCAG 2.2 at level AA.

We don't give legal advice. We build so your lawyer's advice can be put into practice, and we tell you when a decision needs their input. Each region page lists the specific laws and payment methods we plan for there.

How we work with you remotely from Lahore

Every remote project follows the same steps, whatever the time difference.

  1. Intro call

A video call at a time agreed with you, to understand the project, your users and your deadline constraints.

  2. Written scope

A short document that lists what we'll build, what's out of scope and what we need from you, so nothing depends on a call someone missed.

  3. Shared workspace

One project board and one message thread for your team and ours, so every decision is written down.

  4. Working previews

A staging link you can open at any time, in your own time zone, to review progress.

  5. Regular check-ins

A scheduled call at a time that works for both sides, plus written updates in between.

  6. Launch and handover

Final checks, launch, and the access and documentation you need to run the product.
